That’s me at US Army boot camp in 2009. I remember that photo well…mostly because of the splitting headache I had that day in the unforgiving July heat at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. 

Really long story short, boot camp is tough by itself but going through it with chronic headaches was brutal.

Following my service in the US Army, getting my life back from headaches became my LIFE MISSION 

From personal experience, I know how headaches can suck the joy right out of life’s precious moments. 

I suffered with chronic headaches for decades! 

I tried everything…..3 sinus surgeries, special diets, LASIK for my astigmatism, OTC and Rx meds, but nothing worked!  I continued to suffer from headaches.

You probably have your own list of everything you’ve tried to get rid of your headaches, but you’re still suffering.

PrevaLief (formerly called Headache Relief) is the result of years of research and a determination to find relief from my headaches. There is nothing else like it in the world!
